Acceptance of these terms

Using LTO Trackerr means you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update the terms as the site evolves; the effective date above tells you when the text last changed.

Informational purpose only

The site provides general information about Philippine LTO processes and free calculators built on published rules. It is an independent resource with no affiliation to the Land Transportation Office or any government agency. Nothing on the site is legal advice, and nothing here creates any official record or standing.

Results are estimates

Tracker outputs depend on what you type and on published rules and reported timelines that change over time. A coding day, renewal schedule or stage estimate from this site is a well sourced starting point, not a determination. Your official status lives only in LTO systems, and our results always link you there. The disclaimer covers this in detail.

Acceptable use

• Personal, lawful use of the tools and guides is welcome, including sharing links to any page.
• Do not scrape the site at scale, republish its content wholesale, or present it as your own work.
• Do not present this site, or screenshots of it, as an official government service.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site or use it to mislead other motorists.

Intellectual property

The site's original content, design and code belong to LTO Trackerr. Government rules, fees and schedules are public information; our expression of them, including guides, tables and tools, is ours. Quote us with a link and we will usually be delighted. Copy whole pages and we will not be.

No warranty and limits of liability

The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We work hard on accuracy, as our editorial policy describes, and we still cannot guarantee that every rule is current the moment you read it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LTO Trackerr is not liable for losses arising from use of the site, including fines, missed deadlines, wasted trips or decisions made on estimates.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site fast and available, and we still reserve the right to change, suspend or retire any tool or page without notice. Government rules are the reason: a tool built on a rule that gets repealed comes down rather than staying up wrong. Nothing on the site is a promise of future availability.

Third party links

Pages link out to official LTO properties, MMDA announcements and cited sources. Those sites carry their own terms and privacy practices, and we control none of them. A link is a citation, not an endorsement of everything a destination does. Official links open in a new tab and are marked with an external icon.

User submissions

The site has no comment system and no upload feature. The only thing you can send us is email. By emailing an error report or suggestion you grant us the right to act on it, including publishing a correction that references the issue without naming you. We never publish your name or address without asking first.

Advertising

The site plans to show clearly labeled advertising from Google AdSense and Adsterra. Ads never influence editorial content, and ad cookies are covered in the privacy policy.

Governing basics

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If any part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a term today does not waive it tomorrow.
