Privacy Policy

The honest summary: this site is built to know as little about you as possible.

Effective 17 August 2026. This date changes only when the policy text changes.

What we collect

Standard server request logs from our hosting provider, and the preferences your own browser stores on your device. That is the whole list today.

What we never collect

No accounts. No names, emails or phone numbers. Plate numbers and MV file numbers you type are never transmitted to us.

Your choices

Clear your browser storage to remove saved inputs. Use ad personalization opt outs once ads run. Email us with any privacy question.

The tracker runs on your device

Everything you enter into the tracker, including plate numbers, MV file numbers and application dates, is processed by JavaScript running in your browser. There is no form submission and no API call carrying your input. Close the tab and it is gone from us, because it was never with us.

On device storage

The tracker saves your last used inputs in your browser's localStorage so a repeat visit picks up where you left off. This data stays on your device, is never read by our servers, and disappears when you clear your browser data. No cookies are set by the site itself.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs, including IP addresses and user agent strings, for security and abuse prevention. We use these in aggregate only and never combine them with anything you type into the tools. The site currently runs no analytics scripts. If we add a privacy respecting analytics service later, this policy will name it before it goes live.

Advertising cookies, once ads run

We plan to fund the site through advertising served by Google AdSense and Adsterra. When those ads are active, the networks may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and personalize ads, including the Google advertising cookie described in Google's policies. Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Until ads are live, no advertising scripts load on any page. Our advertising disclosure explains how ads will be labeled and placed.

Cookies, in detail

The site itself sets zero cookies. No consent banner appears because there is nothing to consent to yet: no session cookies, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting scripts. The only storage the site touches is localStorage, and only for the tracker inputs described above. When advertising goes live, the ad networks introduce their own cookies, and the section below explains exactly what changes on that day.

Data retention

We retain nothing, so there is no retention schedule to publish. Hosting provider request logs rotate on the provider's standard cycle, measured in days to weeks, and we hold no separate copy. Email sent to hello@ltotrackerr.com stays in our mailbox until the thread is resolved, then gets archived. You can ask for your thread to be deleted at any time and we will do it.

Hosting and security

The site is served as static files from a content delivery network. There is no database of visitor information behind it, which is the strongest privacy guarantee a site can offer: data that is never stored cannot leak, be sold, or be demanded. Requests are encrypted with HTTPS end to end.

Children's privacy

The site is aimed at Philippine motorists, who are adults by definition of licensing law. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone, children included. Ad personalization for signed out and underage users follows the ad networks' own policies once ads run.

Links to other sites

We link heavily to official LTO properties and to sources we cite. Once you leave this site, the destination's own privacy practices apply. Official government pages have their own rules; read them before entering personal details anywhere.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Browser signals like Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control have nothing to switch off here today, since the site runs no tracking. Once ad scripts are live, those signals are handled by the ad networks under their own published policies, and the opt out links above work regardless of what your browser sends.

Your rights and how to reach us

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is normally nothing for us to export, correct or delete. If you believe we hold something about you, or you have any privacy question, email hello@ltotrackerr.com or use the contact page and we will respond within three working days.

Changes to this policy

When the policy text changes, the effective date at the top changes with it, and material changes get a note on the corrections page. See also our terms and conditions and disclaimer.
