Not the LTO
This is a privately operated, independent website. No affiliation, endorsement or connection to any Philippine government agency exists.
No record access
The site cannot see, query or change any LTO database. All results are calculated in your browser from published rules.
Not professional advice
Nothing here is legal advice. For disputes, penalties or anything consequential, consult a licensed Philippine attorney or the LTO directly.
What the tracker is for
The tracker decodes what published rules make deterministic: your MMDA coding day, your LTO renewal month and week, and the correct format for an MV file number. It also estimates your plate's likely stage from published targets and widely reported timelines. Sources for each table are named on the sourcing page.
What it is not for
It cannot confirm a plate is ready, paid for, or physically at an office. It cannot tell you your registration is valid, your license is clear, or your fine is settled. An estimate that looks confident is still an estimate. Where money, deadlines or legal standing are involved, act only on your official record.
The official channels
- portal.lto.gov.ph, the LTMS portal for records, renewals and violations.
- lto.gov.ph, the agency site and advisories.
- ltoncr.com, the LTO NCR inquiry pages for Metro Manila plates, license cards and CRs.
Beware lookalike portals. LTO regional offices have publicly named impostor domains, and phishing links circulate by SMS. Our guide to legitimate tracker sites shows how to tell the difference.
Errors
Rules change and mistakes happen. When we find one, we fix and log it under the corrections policy. If you spot one first, tell us.
