Plate status: “Dispatched”

In progress

The plate left the central facility and is travelling to your releasing office or courier.

Updated 2 June 2026

What it means

Dispatched means your plate is in transit — from the central plate-making facility to your LTO district office, your dealer, or an accredited delivery courier.

This is the stage where home delivery, where offered, gets arranged: an accredited courier, a fee paid to the courier (reported between ₱150 and ₱600 depending on location) via GCash or QRPh, and an SMS with tracking details.

How long it typically takes

Usually 3–10 working days after dispatch; up to about 21 days for remote areas.

What to do

  1. Watch for an SMS or advisory about pickup or delivery — and treat any message asking you to click a payment link with suspicion; verify through official channels first.
  2. If nothing arrives after the typical window, check the official inquiry again and contact your releasing office.
  3. Read our plate delivery guide for the courier list, fees and what a legitimate delivery message looks like.

Common questions

How many days does delivery take after Dispatched?

Reported timelines are 3–10 working days for most areas, and up to about 21 days for remote locations.

Is the delivery fee legitimate?

Home delivery, where offered, is paid to the accredited courier — reported between ₱150 and ₱600 by location. Be suspicious of unexpected payment links via SMS; confirm through the official inquiry or your releasing office first.
